Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and PublicGlance. By starting a search or paying, you accept them — please read the “no guarantees” and “refunds” sections carefully.

By creating a search or making a payment, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use PublicGlance.

Who provides the service

PublicGlance is operated by MindCrafters LLC. For questions about these terms or your order, email support@publicglance.com.

What the service is

PublicGlance checks publicly visible dating-app information against the details you give us and produces a private report with confidence notes. We run the same checks on every app we support. We’re independent and not connected to any dating app; app names are used only to describe what we can check.

No guarantees, and no guaranteed results

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that we will find any profile, match, or result. Finding nothing is a normal and valid outcome of a search — it does not mean the service failed, and it does not entitle you to a refund.

We don’t guarantee that any profiles or matches will be found.
We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any result.
A match or a confidence score is never proof that anyone is or isn’t cheating.
You’re paying for the search we perform and the report we deliver — not for a specific result or outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Packages and payment

PublicGlance is sold as one-time packages. You pay once, at checkout, for the package and any add-ons you choose; nothing renews, and you are never charged again unless you place a new order. Prices are shown before you pay. We may change packages or prices for future orders; this never affects an order you have already paid for.

On-time report guarantee

Each order shows a guaranteed report date before you pay: within 7 days, or within 1 day if you add Express delivery. If we don’t deliver your report by that date, contact us and we will refund your payment in full. The guarantee covers on-time delivery of your report — not what the report finds.

Refunds

Apart from the on-time report guarantee above and genuine billing errors, all payments are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law, because we begin searching as soon as you pay. This includes, without limitation, payments where we found no results, where you’re unhappy with the results, where you changed your mind, or where you didn’t use the service.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, contact us first and we’ll work with you. You agree to raise any billing concern with us before disputing a charge with your bank or card provider. We may respond to chargebacks by sharing these terms and your acceptance and usage records, and we may suspend or close accounts that file dishonest or bad-faith disputes.

Texts from PublicGlance

Texts are optional and not required to buy. If you tick the texts box and enter your mobile number during setup, PublicGlance, which MindCrafters LLC operates, sends you automated texts: a welcome, updates about your order (when your search starts and when each report is ready), and occasional marketing offers, such as a discount on a new search. Message frequency varies. We text US numbers today. In other countries, we email your updates until texts are available there.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or email support@publicglance.com. Reply STOP to cancel at any time: we confirm once and send nothing further. Reply START to turn texts back on. We send texts between 8 AM and 9 PM your time. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for the details you provide and for how you use any report. You agree to use PublicGlance only for lawful reasons, only with information you’re allowed to use, and never to stalk, harass, intimidate, or harm anyone (see our Acceptable Use Policy). Reports are for your personal information only and are not legal, financial, or relationship advice — any decision you make based on a report is yours alone.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PublicGlance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for emotional distress, lost time, or decisions made based on a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the service means you accept the changes. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies, and nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

In short: we can’t guarantee results, and sometimes a search turns up nothing — but we do guarantee your report arrives on time, or you get your money back.
