Who is responsible for your data
PublicGlance is operated by MindCrafters LLC, which is responsible for the personal data described here. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email support@publicglance.com.
What you share with us
When you set up a search you might give us their name, nicknames, age, location, photos, and notes. We use this only to match against publicly visible dating-app profiles and to build your private report.
What we never do
- We never ask for passwords, login codes, or security codes.
- We never get into private accounts, phones, or messages.
- We never claim access to secret or private databases.
Your mobile number
If you give us your mobile number, we use it to send the texts you opt in to, and our messaging provider, Telnyx, processes it to deliver them. We also send a hashed copy of your number to the ad platforms we advertise on (Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, and ChatGPT ads) so they can measure our ads and show them to you. We never sell your number, and your consent to receive texts is never shared with third parties. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or email support@publicglance.com to have your number deleted.
Your payment
Payment is handled by a secure checkout partner. We don’t store your full card details on our servers.
The honest limits
Reports are based on publicly visible information and what you tell us. “How sure we are” describes how closely things match — it’s never proof of any behavior.
